At Prime Aluminium, our bespoke aluminium bifold doors can be specified with up to 14 panels - seven each way. Each panel can have a maximum width of 1200mm and a maximum height of 3000mm. With super slim sightlines of only 120mm, our bespoke bifolds allow an abundance of natural light to enter a building interior.
When it comes to customisation, our bespoke aluminium bifold doors have the following options:
- Cill sizes of 90mm, 150mm, 190mm, or 230mm.
- Full framed standard rebated threshold or 20mm low threshold for easy access.
- Standard glazing (low-E, toughened, argon gas filled), laminated glazing, or triple glazing.
- Glazing thicknesses of 28mm, 32mm, 35mm or 44mm.

At Prime Aluminium, our bespoke aluminium bifold doors are available in six standard colours. Choose from White Gloss RAL 9016, Grey Matte RAL 7016, Black Matte RAL 9005, Textured Grey RAL 7016, Grey on White, and Black on White. All our colour choices are applied using a powder coat process which creates a uniform durable protective layer on the inside and outside of the frames. With our bespoke aluminium bifolds, you can also choose from over 160 other RAL colours for the ultimate in customisation.

Every bespoke aluminum door comes as standard with the 3-star diamond-rated Ultion locks.
Even if a key is left inside the lock, the performance won't be compromised. Both Ultion and ABS allow you to have as many keys cut as needed.
In the unfortunate event of a break-in resulting from lock snapping, Ultion and ABS provide a remarkable £2000 through their industry-leading lock guarantee.

Incorporating a multi-point locking system as standard, our doors feature double hook locks and six locking points instead of the average three-point system. To fully maximise security, our bifolds can be upgraded with an Ultion three-star barrel lock. This can enable our doors to achieve stringent PAS 24 accreditation.
In terms of appearance, our bifold door handles have a stylish curved design and are available in seven different finishes. Choose from black, white, grey, chrome, stainless steel, or rose gold depending on your property type and personal preference.

Anyone thinking about fitting yourself just make sure there is 2 of you as the panels are about 50kg each. Will recommend in the future to anyone looking for new bifold doors.
